My mother forced me to make her this cocktail. I resisted. I laughed. But then I drank it and it was good.
Like Baileys’ summer sister. Lemony, creamy and sweet. And STRONG. An after, dinner dessert drink for when you ain’t gotta go nowhere.
Makes 2.
Ingredients
80ml gin
50ml amaretto
50ml cream
50ml simple syrup
1 tsp lemon curd
1 tsp vanilla
large handful of ice
Directions
Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously for at least one minute.
Strain into glasses and drink immediately.
