I am the in-house food producer at The Doctor’s Kitchen - my greatest role yet! My work involves the creation of health-supportive recipes tailored to suit a range of dietary requirements, food and prop styling of said recipes, and home economics for our YouTube cooking videos.

Watch me make a Creamy Aubergine, Potato, and Tempeh Bake. I developed this recipe and I’m super proud of it. One of my passions is transforming dishes that traditionally use meat into vegetarian dishes that will satisfy any carnivore - I think this bake accomplishes that with flying colours!
